faulty item arrived, return made on 09/03/2024, parcel collected by the seller on 13/03/2024, but nothing happens, on the return tracking page I still have the message "send the item back before 25/03/2024. Will the refund be made? .What should I do?

Have you entered the tracking number correctly in the return process?

OP2 years agoHello, it was the seller who provided me with the shipping label via Ebay. The tracking number was already entered.
