Hello, I made a purchase that was never shipped, the listing disappeared (along with my money) and when I try to contact eBay the item doesn't appear in my order history so I can't select it to explain that I never received it, do you know another way to contact eBay?

Did you change the display period at the top of the "purchase history" section?
The deadline to open a dispute for an item not received is 30 days from the delivery deadline:
