I bought an item that never arrived, tracking was unavailable.The seller first told me the package had been lost, then assured me he would send me another one.The replacement shipment never had tracking either. He asked me to wait 15 days, I waited a month without receiving anything.So I opened a dispute, but the seller, very unpleasant, kept telling me to wait.As soon as I opened the dispute, he asked me to close it, claiming that the package was going to arrive.Unfortunately, I agreed and closed the dispute, but since then he hasn’t replied at all.It’s been a month and a half now.Is there still any hope of getting a refund, or is it lost?
