Misleading article
Hello
I ordered a football advent calendar. upon receipt, I noticed that the characters looked nothing like the photo of the item listed for sale. I want a refund but don't want to pay anything on my side. what should I do? the seller is asking me to send it back before refunding me, I'm afraid of getting ripped off!
