Hello, Following malfunctions at Mondial Relay, I never received my purchase. The seller refuses to refund me. I cannot take legal action because the listing does not indicate either the seller's name or address. I only have the username. I have no feature to ask eBay for it. Is there any way it could be communicated to me? I would like to avoid having to contact the DGCCRF (The Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Kind regards. Claude
