Hello,
I bought an item but the seller is not responding. I sent him an email... no reply. He cashed the money and kept the jewelry in question. What can I do about it?

You’ll need to wait until the delivery deadline has passed, then (do this within 30 days):

I waited for the delivery deadline, which has passed. I asked the seller for the order tracking number in case he had sent it... no response.
