Item received, never ordered

I just received a women’s pair of trousers, COS brand, size EUR 34, that I never ordered. What should I do with this item that I do not want to keep. It seems that it was sent by a German seller I have ordered from in the past.
Can you help me find a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

only the seller can help you with that.

They may have mixed up the buyer, but they must have found your address somewhere ...

Also check with people around you to see if someone might have made the purchase for you, but even then that person would need to have access to your bank details.

Did you receive a purchase confirmation email?
