hello everyone, I recently bought a battery for my Croscall M1 Core smartphone, the delivery went really well, but when I plugged in the battery the smartphone would not start, showing a dead battery logo, so I contacted the seller who kindly gave me a procedure to restart it, which I did after putting the phone on charge on my NFC charger. following this procedure, which did nothing (phone not starting), I contacted the seller again asking for a return, which he accepted, so I sent him the new battery with my NFC pad, specifying it to him, and he accepted the return. since then he has confirmed receipt and does not want to refund me either the battery or the shipping, claiming that the battery is damaged ( I should point out that the NFC plate was not glued on when it was sent; I put it on so I could charge the phone, since I only have that type of charger at home ) Now when I asked him for a solution he did not want to refund me, he wanted to sell me another identical battery, but what gets a bit strange is that he told me that this battery did not match my phone model, and that the mistake was mine when I bought it. When I therefore give him a negative rating, he harasses me on my wife’s phone, repeating no refund, and when I ask eBay about a non-receipt of the battery he was supposed to send back to me he threatens me, I quote '' no point trying other tricks we will never refund you. If eBay does not remove, on their own initiative, the comment on your platform, we will consider other, more legal, action. what should I do now. best regards
