Asendia: degraded service quality
Hello,
I ordered a vinyl record from the USA on July 5, 2026. It was held up by Asendia (eBay service) for a month, from July 15 to August 19.
It resumed its journey on August 20 only to be immediately held up by customs (even though I paid the VAT when I placed the order).
Two months now that I've been waiting. Asendia service: disastrous.
