Hello. I bought this device in 2021, it broke down quickly, so I sent back the battery. I did receive the new battery afterward, but the device continued to be faulty, so I contacted the seller again, but to this day he no longer replies to me. Since my purchase, I’ve had a vacuum cleaner that doesn’t work, so tell me if I can return it because the warranty is still valid. Thanks
For the eBay warranty, it's expired.. Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the seller, asking him to honor the warranty on the product sold by him..
