twice I've had the phone slammed down on me... it's annoying!!!
my friend has an account she can't log into because of a bug, which we already had about two months ago
big problem when you can't log in, you can't even be called to resolve the problem

OP2 years agothanks koalagris, I saw this thread too but his account wasn't hijacked, could that create other problems?

Mentor2 years agoI understand, but as François, the Community Manager, explained, it's the only process that allows you to get called back in case of a connection problem.
It’s up to your friend to then explain to the person on the other end the reason for the request...
