Hello, I've been trying for a while to add my Visa card to pay selling fees, but the site won't accept it and this awful message "Make sure the billing address you entered matches the one on the card." keeps coming back over and over, despite a correct address and trying others (also, for the record, a card doesn't have its own address). Now eBay is threatening to send my account to a collections agency when their site clearly doesn't work. It's impossible to contact customer service - the callback request is never I've lost too much time with this, if anyone has a quick solution, otherwise I'm giving up.
