Scam alert
Summary: fabmaradona shares an experience where a buyer opened a dispute for an item supposedly not received despite proof of delivery. eBay closed the dispute in the buyer's favor, causing frustration about protections for honest sellers. *miss-tigri* advises contesting this decision by providing proof of delivery via a link to eBay's site instructions.
I sold an item on November 16, I sent it on nov 17, on Nov 23 the buyer opens a dispute item not received.
The item is on the way and arrives on the 27th at his place.I have proof that this man picked up the package.
On Nov 30 ebay contacts me to tell me they closed the item not received dispute in favor of the buyer.
He received the package on the 27th and will tell ebay that he didn't receive anything and ebay's big bosses steal my money and my items.with a scam that all dishonest buyers are going to do to us.
I am disgusted by how easy it is to scam honest sellers approved by ebay.
Be careful
