About counterfeits

Good evening,

For some time now I’ve been selling Pit Viper sunglasses.
I get the impression that it’s a brand and that what I’m selling are counterfeits.
How can you tell whether what you’re selling is a counterfeit?
I couldn’t find the brand in the Vero list.
Please let me know

As @koalagris told you (😀 )... it's a matter of rate/purchase price for the reseller....

If you are an authorized reseller of the brand, you should be able to access the catalog/pricing without any trouble, and you'll see that the seller price is not the one offered by Asian resellers... (ali..thingamajig and Co....)

Search online... you'll find this American brand's website and all the models...

That way you won't mislead your buyers and won't be accused of distributing counterfeits (with all the problems that causes...)

So the conclusion is that it's a registered trademark, and anything that bears the same name and doesn't come from the manufacturer is counterfeit.

It is surprising, coming from an online seller... a place where you can do research on everything, compare everything and sort out the "wheat from the chaff"....

Correction to what you just wrote-> "anything that bears the same name and does not come from the manufacturer is counterfeit."

The real ones are between €40 and €150 excluding shipping (not at €8.99 shipping included).

You need to know exactly who you're buying them from, and at what price... so you already inevitably have the answer...
