No record of purchase
Hello, I bought a LOGICOM Posh 405 Black mobile phone, and after finalizing the purchase I received no proof of it in my list, nor any email. Boulanger says they received no order. Is it possible to have direct contact with the eBay platform to verify the transaction that was made. Regards

If it doesn't... there may be a bug on the site and this order will appear later.
BUT the most important thing would be to know whether you paid or not.
if yes... Check with Customer Service to find out what's going on.------> eBay Customer Service
if no... there is no record at all .. because the purchase wasn't confirmed... nor the payment.

OP1 month agoHello, I got in touch with someone named Harsh who told me that this happens and that the refund will probably be processed within 4-5 days, so I’m going to wait. In any case, thank you for your concern.
