If the sale has already been made, you can no longer change anything. Since you are away until October 5, it would be best to put yourself in "away" mode:

Otherwise, to change the shipping time, you can follow this « procedure » :
Click on "Edit" on the listing of your choice.
Go down to the « Preferences » section.
Under « Your Settings », it says "Ships within (your current time) business days".
In this box, you have a pencil-shaped icon. Click on it.
A window opens and there you can choose a new shipping time from a drop-down menu.
To save and close this window, click on « Done » at the top right of the window.
Go all the way down to your listing and click on « edit » to save.
