My buyer checked tracked letter, even though the post office reclassified it as Colissimo, and I had to pay an extra €11
How can I make sure this doesn't happen again?

"checked tracked letter" = ???
On your listing: "chronopost, free delivery" (nothing else is indicated).
It is up to you to take into account the constraints of the shipping method(s) offered before putting the listing online and entering the shipping cost: a tracked letter is a maximum of 3cm thick, knowing that you also have to take the item’s price into account (tracked letter: no compensation from the carrier in case of loss or damage).
