Hello, I bought what was supposedly an authentic medieval gold ring, except when it arrived I had it checked and it contains very little gold, the minimum being 9 carat instead of 22 or 24, or even 18 carat, knowing that period rings are 90% 22 carat, and eBay was informed. They tell me we’ll get back to you and nothing. I paid 1115 euros for the 2 grams though. Kind regards, what can I do? Thank you
