Hello, would anyone happen to have eBay’s phone number because the help they offer doesn’t answer my problem? I made a return, the customer no longer replies to me and has decided not to refund me. The company is called «speed-tech-shop »

Have you followed the site’s return procedure properly?
Return an item to get a refund | eBay
If so, ask eBay to step in.
