Need help: how to get a refund for an order not received
Hello, big problem: I ordered a figurine for my son for around €100 that came from England. Unfortunately, I saw that my package was not delivered to my address; it was delivered to a British swimmer. The seller must have made a mistake. What steps should I take to get a refund.
Hello, normally it should be delivered today, except it says it was delivered, signed for in England. I'd like to start a dispute but I don't know how to do it. My package was diverted from the address, so it was stolen because, on top of that, it was originally Savenay signed for, so the person who picked up the package signed. I'm really completely lost and desperate, that's still a lot, €103.

Delivery via GSP? If so, that means the item has simply arrived at the UK forwarding platform...

check the listing for the estimated delivery date .
If it has passed, open a dispute for item not received .
