Hello everyone, I’m new to eBay and I’m not very familiar with it yet. I’d need your help please. I ordered an item and asked for a return. The seller accepted the return and gave me this address: [Removed] The problem is that I don’t have either a phone number or email address for the recipient. When I try to create the return label on Colissimo, La Poste or Mondial Relay, this information is required and I’m stuck. Does anyone know how to do this in this case? Can I enter my own contact details? Do I need to go directly to a post office? Or is there another solution? Thanks a lot in advance for your advice!
