need to modify the shipping fees for an item
hello , I would like to modify the shipping costs for a bulky item . so far my shipping costs were estimated at 1.50 for a postcard . But now I have to sell books , and here is the message I get when I modify the shipping costs ( If you specify exceptions for domestic shipping , you must offer exceptions for all domestic shipping services ) I just don't understand it .Thank you for your help

OP1 year agoHello, no, the shipping costs for a postcard are 1.50. I wanted to change the shipping costs for a Didot directory and I wanted to set 10 euros in shipping costs, but it's impossible.

for the business directory, the delivery fees are indeed 10 euros.
However, I can confirm what @koalagris told you : you have many CPAs whose price has also gone up to 10 euros.
Their price was changed today at 14 h 49 mn 29 s exactly at the same time as the directory.
Review the price for your CPAs to set them back to 1.50 €

you made the changes for the CPAs correctly, but as a result the directory ends up at 1.50 euro...
Go only to this article and make the change (without touching anything else).
