Bimby TM6
Summary: bebeteau bought a Bimby TM6 on eBay that got locked with a C1208 error. After contacting Vorwerk, he was informed that the device had been blocked by their service. bebeteau tried to resolve the problem with the seller, but the seller is not responding and has blocked him. lingma85 suggested checking with the bank to try to get a refund if the payment was made by bank card, and to take legal steps to resolve the dispute with an EU company.
Good evening... I bought a Bimby TM6 on January 3, 2025, worth 1269 euros, from a seller with 97.7 feedback who has sold 61,047 items.
A few days ago, the device got blocked showing error C1208..After consulting Vorweck support and giving them the device serial number, they told me that the device had been blocked by their service... so I contacted the seller to explain the problem and remind him that I had a 2-year warranty. He never replied and blocked me on the site
What options can I use after speaking with eBay customer service to resolve this problem... the absurd thing is that this seller is still calmly continuing to sell on eBay

Your seller... what a star...----> 32 tomatoes + 44 neutrals... and an Italian pro on top of that...
The amount of the purchase is substantial... But no action can be taken on eBay because the deadline has passed.. same for a payment by PayPal...
- all that's left is to check with your bank if you paid by card (you have 13 months to request a refund in the case of a dodgy purchase = to see with your bank..)
