There’s a seller who posts listings with auctions and specifies to write to them before buying. In private messages, he/she says they don’t want to use eBay to sell (even though the listings are there) or PayPal. But they do accept bank transfers. We agree that’s super sketchy, right? How do you report it to eBay so they can check it out? Thanks
