Account blocked without a plausible explanation
Hello,
I created an account on eBay on Saturday to sell a few vinyl records from my collection. This Monday eBay permanently suspended my account, citing a security breach with no further explanation. I called them and sent them emails, but still no explanation...
what should I do to be able to sell on this site?

that's exactly what I did and they blocked my account and won't explain why... it's crazy.

have you created your seller account and updated it ?
only customer service can resolve your problem .
Have eBay call you back ( link at the bottom of this page via help ).

OP3 years agoThey asked me for additional documents, which I provided, but the very next day my account was permanently blocked with no way to contest it... I just don't get it at all. I got them on the phone, but they won't explain why... it's completely crazy.
