Hello .This is the third time my parcels have been confiscated and refunded ,yet they only contained two books and a toy, all from the USA . Two books about dangerous animals and the toy is a plastic lion .I don't understand this .Please ,is it possible to get an explanation ? All the refunded parcels were sent by EBay International Shipping ,could this come from this shipping system ?
Thank you .
