Bonjour, you have a block and a permanent restriction as of January 9. The funds on the platform were blocked for a period of 170 days until June 27, 2024. As of today, it is impossible to make a payment. No response from customer service at the moment, but the funds are on the platform and customer service is playing ostrich. Do you know of any previous cases and how it was finally resolved so that this situation can be resolved as quickly as possible, knowing that I had no negative feedback and only favorable feedback, before the restriction and during the restriction. There have been cases of payment restrictions that have been mentioned here.

It's hard to give advice without knowing the extent of the "damage"... the origin and/or the cause of this block.

If you can't get yourself heard by eBay... see if the *FEVAD* Association can help you out of this bad spot...

Look up their Mediator on Google or another search engine...

This Association has already helped several eBayers whose cases seemed doomed to failure here.
