Avirex jacket
I ordered an Avirex jacket on December 27th and the delivery has been stopped since December 31st
I no longer have any tracking info for it
I don't know where it is
Delivery is estimated between January 8 and 19, 2026
The problem is that I haven't heard anything new about the package

You can open a dispute for item not received starting January 20, this for 30 days.

Check the tracking with this site, the parcel may be stuck in customs if you bought from outside the EU.
There have also been delays because of the weather over the last few days.
