Broken gearbox and wrong gearbox code reference

Hello, I am hard of hearing. I ordered a gearbox; before buying, it was written gearbox code ETB. I received the package and it was written gearbox code ETD, not the right one, but I went ahead and installed it on my vehicle. It makes too much noise, gearbox bearing. I sent an email to the seller, no reply, so I’m stuck having paid for the gearbox. Best regards
