Hello Another bad surprise with eBay, I wanted to place a big order yesterday and I was about to pay when I saw that eBay was offering me a €20 discount voucher with code, well I said that’s very very good, I’ll pay tomorrow, I was about to pay today and the €20 discount voucher had disappeared with the code? Normally we have discount vouchers that we can get on our account but it’s impossible to access them? Does anyone know a trick because it’s impossible to contact eBay, before there was a chat that was very very good for people with disabilities and unfortunately now everything is done by phone.
