Summary: ycaz is having a problem with a Mondial Relay return label for a defective item. I obtained a Mondial Relay return label to send back a defective purchase. I dropped off this parcel at a relay point as planned. After it was scanned, the parcel was on its way. But there was no confirmation email for the shipment and the parcel is unknown on the Mondial Relay website.

According to Mondial Relay customer service, it was registered with the recipient's postal code 77100, whereas the label states 93290. According to Mondial Relay, this could be due to an agreement between Ebay and Mondial Relay.

Could someone tell me whether this kind of modification is common and whether there isn't an error in this return label?

Thanks for the reply, but the listing for the item I bought was removed by eBay, and to contact eBay customer service, I need to provide the item number. When I enter the item number, the request is rejected on the grounds that the item has been removed. So I’m going in circles and I can’t contact anyone...
