Hello everyone. I live in France and I bought a relatively expensive item from Japan. It arrived damaged. The seller offered me a partial refund, which I refused because I preferred to return the item and get a full refund. He sent me a return label with FedEx, except that in France this carrier is not very common. Where I live there is no drop-off point for FedEx packages. The nearest one is about 30 km away. I don't even have a vehicle. I asked the seller for another return label with another carrier like UPS for example, but I no longer get any response from him. It is impossible for me to send the package back under these conditions. Would anyone have a solution to share with me to get satisfaction from eBay for this impossible return and the seller who can't find a solution and is preventing the proper progress of the process by being absent as usual. Was the FEDEX return label prepaid...?

If not, go through the Post Office... it'll be + simple...

- you pack it up.. go to the post office to fill out the international shipping documents... you pay and you send it...

- don't forget to enter the tracking number on the transaction so eBay can verify the proper receipt of the return.

If you were to be reimbursed for the return shipping costs... that will certainly be added to the transaction refund (unless I'm mistaken, of course...)
