voucher not received yet
hello following a dispute with an eBay seller, the dispute ended in my favor.
I got confirmation of the refund from eBay.
The seller is no longer responding so I can send the product back.
What should I do? He was supposed to send me the return label, which I haven't received.

The return label sent by ebay isn't "useful" for reshipping an item, you can do without it...
You can very well go yourself to the carrier ( La Poste.. Mondial Relay or another...) to fill out a shipping form that you pay for and send...
Don't forget to put the tracking number on the request.

OP3 weeks agoIt's the seller who is supposed to cover the return shipping costs, but there has been no sign of life since the seller asked eBay to intervene to resolve the dispute.
Also, it's a private seller
