Hello, I sold an item that the buyer received by registered mail with signature, why are my funds blocked until September 19 ??? The buyer received the item at their address against signature. It’s a bit long to have to wait for the funds like this, especially since the buyer did receive the item.

Since the buyer has 30 days to report a problem and given the amount of the sale, eBay prefers to hold the payment for security reasons.
