Last September I ordered a Legrand Mosaic 78401 dimmer switch, and to date I can’t find any trace of it on my account with you.
What should I do?
I absolutely need the order reference because I have a dispute with the seller.

Hello @vinerville

Change the display period at the top of the "purchase history" section (it’s set to 30 days by default).

Note: the dispute period on ebay is 30 days from the delivery date.
