I need to return an item I received in bad condition. The seller accepted the return and eBay says I can get a return label.
The seller is telling me he won't do it and I don't know how to do it...
No contact for eBay and if it's the seller's responsibility, how do we do it ??

Hello,

If your seller is in France you asked him for a return slip

If abroad, no return slip

Open an item not as described dispute and send it back with your return form, note the tracking number in the returned item description
