Hi, is there a way to file a complaint against bots?
Hello
so I'll explain, I was the highest bidder until the very last second (photo as proof) and then, like magic, a higher bid, even not visible on the screen...
is there any recourse?

If you were edged out at the last second by another bidder, it is not a "bot" as you put it, but an eBayer who uses a sniper like the ones you can find online.... and that is allowed on the site.
You lost the auction, you didn't lose any money, so you were not harmed and you have no valid reason to file a complaint about anything (emotional bruises can't be quantified...)

OP2 years agoI think you didn't understand.. I couldn't care less about losing
or not. What I find strange is the fact that the auction is over
and that I am still the highest bidder. And then I receive
a message saying that I lost the auction.

But you didn't understand that this issue falls under Customer Service, not the forum...

You don't have enough forum seniority to attach screenshots...
so you post a copy-paste of the auction details while hiding the item (since pointing to an item is not allowed on the forum)
and please avoid an unnecessary aggressive tone: it's counterproductive!
now if you really don't care, what's the point of posting? 🤔
