if the buyer did indeed place the 4 orders with the same username, you can actually use the same tracking number for the 4 shipments.
If that’s not the case, you’ll need to make 4 separate shipments and enter a different tracking number for each order.
In the first case, since the buyer has paid shipping fees 4 times, see whether this doesn’t create an “overpayment” and, if needed, make a partial refund.
