I receive a message from another username used than my buyer, the buyer in question is regular and even though he sometimes takes a while to pay, he does.... his purchase dates from last April 26.... he tells me he's not happy because I supposedly canceled his order, but that's false, I go into my sales and see that the purchase was canceled for non-payment by the buyer.... how can I sort this out? so ebay can have done it? he asks me to contact ebay because in this case he has a payment default.... thank you for your help very cordially juliette
