Postage slip
Hello.
Following a sale on this site, the buyer paid for the item + Mondial Relay shipping costs via e.bay. Following this transaction, a postage label is being requested from me.
However, I’m being asked to confirm the order and pay....
A Mondial Relay shipping label with QR code should be available so that I can send the parcel.

Until today, I haven't had any problems with a Colissimo shipment. The buyer pays the funds (item + shipping costs). A Colissimo label is provided, which I print.
Mondial Relay isn't the best, and I recommend sending by La Poste.
In any case, I still haven't printed my MR label....

If you refuse to ship, you need to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.
And just so you know, nothing requires you to offer Mondial Relay...

Your buyer hasn't "paid" the postage... they've just advanced you the funds...

How do you usually do it? (this isn't your first sale)
Because on eBay there is NO prepaid shipping label provided to the seller: they have to buy the shipping label themselves (so paying the costs up front), and once the sale is completed eBay will pay them back the total item+shipping-fees commission.
