After a purchase where the item didn’t match the description and the seller agreed to the return, I am still waiting for a shipping label that he must provide. The seller no longer responds and is directing me to a Spanish eBay or some other site where I can’t log in, even though the entire transaction was carried out in France. Please help me if that is possible. Thank you

"going to an eBay Spanish one or another" = If the seller isn't French, they can't provide you with a return label valid for France...
