Return slip
Good evening everyone,
I need to make a return for a defective item, no problem.
However, when I want to buy an eBay shipping label, it says "from 12,18e" and only Colissimo appears, that’s steep for an item weighing less than 500g and a so-called 'preferential' rate with carriers.
So I’m afraid to go any further.
Did I miss something?

Go to the carrier’s website and create your shipping label, then save the tracking number

OP1 year agoThanks for the feedback, but in that case there’s no longer any preferential rate.
That’s what I had planned to do, but does eBay "impose" Colissimo with a rate that’s far from preferential, or is there a way to select Mondial Relay that doesn’t appear?

Link your eBay account to Mondial Relay and you'll get the same discounts as when going through eBay's delivery platform, with any possible hassles left out...
