customer return slip foreign country
Hello,
professional seller in France, a foreign customer (Australian) is requesting a return for an order
how do I buy a return shipping label Australia-France?

You can’t... since this shipping label would have to be issued in Australian dollars...
but in France, the label you would buy would only be in euros and therefore unusable for your Australian buyer.
So he has to pay for the shipment himself, and he will be reimbursed when his return is received.
You could possibly “advance” him the funds by going through PayPal, for example...

OP3 weeks agoThank you for your response, however eBay is asking me to provide a return slip in order to finalize the return acceptance and this before July 17 ...

Contact Customer Service to show them how inconsistent their request is.
