Damaged goods return slip from Italy to France
Summary: gesco84 is having difficulties handling the return of damaged hi-fi merchandise sent to Italy via Mondial Relay. They are particularly concerned about generating and communicating the return label, made worse by a language barrier. madelodie advises asking the buyer to create the return label and reimbursing them for the shipping costs.
Hello,
I sold hifi equipment destined for Italy (weight 12kg).
I went through Mondial Realy.
Parcel dropped off on 20/12 and received on 10/01 very damaged despite all my care in protecting the parcel.
I’m very stuck trying to edit the return form and send it to my buyer; I can’t find the solution to buy a label and enter my buyer as the sender of the parcel and myself as the recipient.
The language barrier doesn’t help either.
If someone can propose a solution to me, I would be relieved.

·2 years agoHello ,
you can't edit a return label for a buyer outside France .
Contact the buyer so that they can create the label themselves with your contact details .
Compensate them for the shipping costs .
Best regards.
