Hello,
I sold an item: iPhone X White Item number: 257454817755
The buyer has paid for the item: 51,00 €
After deducting transaction fees (5,67€) + shipping fees (2,78€), the total due should have been: 42,55€
However, it turns out that the amount credited to my account is 39,77€.
It seems that the shipping label fees were charged twice.
51 - 5,67 - 2,78 = 42,55 - 2,78 = 39,77€
Could you please confirm whether there really was an error?

You sold several items: it's possible that the fees from another sale were deducted from this payment.
The best thing is to check with customer service:
