Mondial Relay shipping slip
Hello,
For two days I’ve been trying to download the shipping slip via Mondial Relay, but I always get the same error message “an error occurred while loading the page,” as a result I sent the buyer his purchase at my own expense.
My question is this: how can I get reimbursed for the shipping by EBAY? knowing that the buyer paid the shipping costs at the time of the transaction.

The fees will be paid to you (at the amount requested in the listing) at the time of payment for the sale, commission fees deducted.
Have you entered the tracking number?
