Hello, a buyer is asking me to cancel an order for which I have not received the amount in my bank account, and following this cancellation request by the buyer, eBay is asking me to accept this cancellation and refund the buyer even though I have not received the purchase amount in my bank account, so the situation is blocked because I cannot refund the buyer for the amount of the order not received, because if I accept the cancellation, the document shows a debit from my account of €225.
