twice now buyers have made a mistake by checking hand delivery even though they don't live in the same region as me. No problem with paying the shipping fees, but there are problems with the codes sent by eBay. Since I can't scan the QR code, I enter this code, and twice now eBay has said it is incorrect. Then it's complicated because it blocks the payment.
Each time the buyer did receive the parcel. In this case, how can I quickly get the funds released? I called eBay support, who was supposed to call me back during the day, but nothing.....

When a buyer mistakenly selects in-person handover, the transaction has to be canceled, then redone with shipping.
So there’s no solution to your problem, since this is completely outside the box: we never ship a purchase intended for pickup in person.
All that’s left is to contact customer service again or wait for the funds to be released automatically.
