I bought an antique green brooch that I still haven't received; apparently it was supposed to have been shipped on October 11, 2023 and when I go to the post office website, this package is still pending since October 11. It was supposed to be delivered on October 16, but on the parcel tracking there is no sign that it has even been dispatched.

Once the estimated delivery date has passed, you can report a dispute for an item not received.
