bronze louis moreau
I sold a Louis Moreau bronze delivered by post, so with insurance, 5 days later the buyer tells me the bronze is broken in two. eBay privileges buyers so I’m at fault, obviously the bronze wasn’t broken and I’m still waiting for the return of the broken bronze. How do I get this bronze back that the buyer broke, especially since the package was insured?

Ask your buyer for photos of the broken item
If they open a claim for an item not as described
You send them a return label to get the broken item back
They should have filed a complaint with the post office
Knowing that the packaging is your responsibility
